With advanced online performance reporting from BT, you can monitor the health status of your converged voice and data networks on a single 'dashboard'.

Quickly reach the problem areas by selecting from high-level summaries, thumbnail graphics, capacity planning and drill-down reports. Reports can be presented in near real time or historically to highlight trends. Customisable business and technical reports are also available. Choose the level of performance reporting to meet your business needs.

• Silver - offers a summary dashboard with red-amber-green signals indicating the status of each managed solution. Access reports on any device exceeding its pre-defined operating parameters and on the most heavily used devices. View trend information and a high-level health summary, including indicators for capacity planning.
• Gold - adds to silver with a 'top ten' of health-index values, charts comparing health and performance of grouped elements, and reports detailing network availability, reachability and, latency. Access more detailed capacity planning data, information on service quality and Service Level Agreements.
• Platinum extends the gold service to provide further tools and reports, including the 'MyHealth' suite, which lets you create tailored reports.
