Voice Continuity services

Replacing your systems

BT will deliver a replacement system anywhere in mainland UK within 12 hours. We install your replacement system - including any cabling, agent sets and headsets - and provide training so your people can get working instantly. Diverting your DDI calls

If the incident has denied you access to your site or damaged your local telephone network your business continuity plan will require your people to work from another location. You may need to divert all your business calls so your organisation can continue to function until normal services are available. BT can arrange rapid and efficient diversion of incoming calls including voice, fax and data calls to alternative locations including recovery sites, mobile phones and home numbers. The service can be managed from a web site, your phone or our help desk and includes both recorded announcements and voice messaging.
