Catalyst 2950 series - for smaller locations
This fixed-configuration, stackable, standalone switch provides wire-speed Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. It offers two distinct sets of software features and a range of configurations to allow small, midsize, and enterprise branch offices - as well as industrial environments - to select the right combination for the network edge.

Catalyst 2950EI switch
This switch combines all the business benefits of the Cisco Catalyst 2950 with enhanced image software to support the quality of service needed to prioritise traffic over the LAN. Catalyst 3550 series - entry level with in-line power
This switch offers cost-effective, entry-level switches, which support quality of service. Basically the same as the 2950EI with the addition of in-line power, it supports IP phones when used with Cisco's AVVID call manager. It can also be used to power wireless LAN access points remotely. Catalyst 3750 series - for converged networking
This switch is for midsize organisations and enterprise branch offices, this series makes it easy to deploy converged applications and provides configuration flexibility, support for converged network patterns and the automation of intelligent network-services configurations.
