Standalone Wireless LAN - All you need to start a simple wireless LAN

This package includes all you need to start a simple wireless LAN, including a wireless LAN access point and three Nortel Wireless LAN Mobile Adapters 2202s with international roaming capability. Nortel WLAN Access Point 2220 is designed for distributed hot-zone deployments at enterprise sites and small to medium sized business locations.

This WLAN features all the 802.11a/b technology, enhanced security, quality of service enforcement and management capabilities necessary for business applications and provides an enterprise-grade WLAN at consumer-level prices. The access point can be deployed as a standalone device or associated with a centralised WLAN Security Switch 2250 for stronger security and Layer 3 roaming. Adaptive Wireless LAN - Secure wireless LAN solution including power over ethernet

LAN security is critical and the Nortel Wireless Adaptive Starter Pack provides a secure WLAN solution with a security switch and a power over LAN ethernet switch, enabling you to detect and block rogue users and those trying to reach your network to cause damage. If you need centralised security and management and you have yet to deploy WLAN, the most cost-effective choice is the adaptive solution, optimised for Voice over WLAN.
