BT structured cabling comes with a 20-year, full on-site warranty which covers the performance of the cable and component faults between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) and includes a 12-month installation warranty.

Repairs are generally undertaken within three days but if you require a faster response or want to cover your business against accidental damage, you can choose from a number of repair packages to give you peace of mind.

Managed service contracts
