All our security options benefit from strong authentication managed by Radius and RSA ACE servers on a resilient shared server platform. Access is controlled by an RSA SecurID Token with a six digit number that changes every 60 seconds, combined with a unique PIN (personal identification number) for each user. Callers are locked out after three failed log-in attempts and a full audit trail including caller, time and duration is provided for every connection. All remote users have access to a 24/7 helpdesk.
