BCM - digital and IP phones
BCM supports a wide range of easy-to-use digital and IP handsets offering a range of options to meet every need.
BCM handsets let you manage calls easily and efficiently. The controls are intuitive, so that you can make the most of your system's capabilities and although the digital and IP handsets use different technologies, the feature codes that control functions are the same making migration to IP easy and painless. Digital Phones
Nortel's range of Business Series terminals is extremely reliable and offers telephony features and enhanced capabilities for a broad range of users. These phones provide a cost-effective migration path to IP as they will remain compatible with future BCM and Nortel developments.
- T7000: an entry-level digital set ideal for basic use.
- T7100: a single-line telephone, delivering BCM features and reliability for low traffic areas such as lobbies.
- T7208: a mid-range phone suitable for general office use.
- T7316E: a fully featured, top-of-the-range multi-line telephone.
IP Phones
IP phones use voice over IP technology (VoIP). In use, they work like the Business Series range, but they use the same network and cabling infrastructure as PCs, easing both installation and maintenance.
- IP Phone 2001 handset: a compact, entry-level handset with basic features.
- IP Phone 2002 handset: a multi-line phone designed for medium use.
- IP Phone 2004 handset: an ideal phone for managers, executives and office administrators, suitable for heavy use.
- IP Softphone 2050: a software-based solution that transforms your PC into a powerful, converged voice and data communications tool.
BCM telephones (M7100N - M7324N)
The M7100N, M7208N, M7310N and M7324N telephones are no longer available but maintenance is still offered.
