From 1 July 2006 and in line with EU directive 2002/95/EC, BT can no longer supply new Meridian Norstar systems.
The restriction applies to the sale of new systems only. Extension and line modules and extra terminals can still be purchased and software upgrades can still be supported, depending on the age and type of system you have. Meridian Norstar maintenance contracts and the supply of spares are unaffected.
The freephone Norstar Adviceline on 0800 378822 will remain open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
