This provides support and advice on the basic features and applications of Meridian 1 - free of charge. Advice on more advanced and complex features, such as Mail, MAX, ACD, IVR and networking is chargeable in 15-minute segments and is subject to a limit of two hours per enquiry.
You can pay for advice as and when you need it. Or you can take out a yearly subscription per site, allowing you unlimited access to the adviceline.

This is dedicated to customers operating a Meridian 1 call centre using ACD C2, Network ACD, customer controlled routing, Agentview wall boards, Agentview for Windows, Meridian 1 MAX, network administration centre and integrated voice response. If we are unable to deal with your enquiry straight away, our system specialist will respond within one working hour.
This is a subscription only service, payable through your telephone bill.

This provides specialist support for a growing list of applications. It currently includes support for Symposium call centre, call manager, Express call centre, Messenger and Symposium web response server, Meridian 1 home access terminal, graphical real time display, CallPilot, TAPI and TAPI Agent. If your system integrates several hardware and software elements, this helpdesk is particularly useful as it provides a single point of contact and immediate access to a specialist.

This adviceline is for customers with a BT maintenance contract only. It provides advice on simple and straightforward functionality - free of charge. Support for more complex queries, such as least cost routing, route optimisation and Mail is chargeable in 15-minute segments.

This provides support and advice on AVVID IP telephony solutions, via web-based 'Frequently Asked Questions' and 'Ask a Question' options. Questions posted will be answered by close of play on the following business day.
This service is free to registered customers with a current BT maintenance contract on their IP telephony solution. Where the answer falls outside the scope of the service, then chargeable services may be appropriate. If this is the case, then it will be stated in the reply, giving users the option to agree to the charges.
This provides customer advice for the BT Versatility system.
