  • SolutionsView – customers with a managed services contract can register for access to BT SolutionsView which gives you the latest information on your orders and reported faults, the ability to review your inventory and to make change requests online and to share documents at any time.

BT helpdesks

BT provides helpdesks to give you the additional support you may need whether you have a single system or a complex network. Every main system and service we offer has its own helpdesk and each is staffed by people with an in-depth understanding of the system and will cover any operational and configuration issues that you may face.

Maintenance

BT maintenance cover gives you peace of mind. Whatever happens to your network, wherever you are in the UK, we'll fix it and get you up and running fast. Discontinued products
