Maintenance for networks and systems that BT supplies comes as an integral part of the package, though you can choose to extend the usual level of cover and response times to suit your company’s particular needs.
But BT offers far more – a unique ‘one stop shop’ for maintenance for the majority of telephony systems currently in use in the UK, whoever originally supplied and currently maintains them. Our new Assurance service – Third Party Systems Maintenance means you gain a guaranteed response time backed by the simplicity of a single contract and a single contact point for all your systems maintenance and can still save up to 20 per cent against market rates.

Wherever you bought your systems and whatever level of cover you need, you can count on BT to deliver both peace of mind and value for money through one of our maintenance contracts.
Our flexible maintenance contracts provide cover from nine-to-five to around-the-clock. The minimum cover period is one year but we also offer longer-term maintenance contracts - up to seven years - that attract discounts and special offers.
StandardCare - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays with a guaranteed next-day response for faults reported before 5pm. Work is carried out between 8am and 5pm.
PromptCare - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays with a guaranteed four-hour response from the time a fault is reported. We can continue working past 5pm but may make an additional charge for such work.
TotalCare - 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year with a guaranteed four-hour response from the time a fault is reported. If the fault is not cleared within that time, BT will provide a progress report.
CustomCare - attendance hours, response and fix times are tailored to your needs and can include having an engineer permanently on site.
CustomCare Express - enhanced response times and pre-paid call-outs for voice products and services can be bought online for maximum flexibility and convenience.
International Maintenance - maintain any of your network components operating outside the UK through BT's global network of third party suppliers. Choose from six options.

Customers with longer term maintenance contracts can join our free BT Reward loyalty scheme and gain points towards future purchase of equipment and services. Existing maintenance customers can also benefit from special discounts as can customers who want BT to take over maintenance of their existing voice, LAN or WAN equipment or IP telephony solutions.
